HHCC offers a welcoming community for paddlers open to all with skills aligning to Paddle UK Discover Award or beyond.
Membership benefits:
- Access to club events and outings; Member Paddles, Family Easter Egg Hunt, White Water Weekends, Sea Kayaking weekends, Pub Crawls, Slalom Competitions, Christmas paddle
- A supportive community to share tips, experiences, and adventures
- Training led by internal and external partners; PSRT, PSI, First Aid, Rolling, White Water development
- Use of club equipment on club’s home premises and watercourse; Kayaks, Canoes, Paddleboards, Buoyancy Aids

- Storage on site for own vessels

How to join:
Come along to a taster session on a Thursday during BST to discuss the club with members whilst out on the water. If you already have skills contact the club to let us know you’d like assessing on the Thursday night.
If you require the Discover Award you can join up to a club training course.

1Membership fees are different if you are member of Paddle UK (formerly British Canoeing) or not, as this has a direct impact on our affiliation payment to Paddle UK.
2Family membership includes a partner, and/or junior(s) under the age of 18, or under the age of 23 and in full-time education. All members must live at the same address.
3A Waterways license is required to paddle your own vessel on UK canals and rivers
